M/s RISHI ENGINEERING PTE LIMITED (UEN 201609553C) was established in 2016 as an engineering contracting company. Since 2016, the team has worked on challenging projects and acquired expertise in project management services and associated engineering tasks.

One of the founder Directors is Director at the Singapore Partner Company, bringing a wealth of experience and a visionary approach to infrastructure development. Their leadership and innovative mindset have been instrumental in successful global projects.

Dr. Pasupuleti Venkata Subba Rao

Director – Projects

Dr. Pasupuleti Venkata Subba Rao is a veteran technocrat spanning over four and a half decades in the fields of Energy, Industrial operations and sustainable innovations. From Pioneering energy systems and renewable integration across mining, steel and manufacturing sectors to developing innovative methods such as power generation from mine ventilation systems, his work has advanced both industrial performance and environmental responsibility.

His distinguished career as Additional General Manager at Singareni Collieries Co Ltd, General Manager at Midwest Granites and Chief Operating Officer at Dwaraka Industries coupled with his national and international accolades- including the Asia Subcontinent Region Energy Manager of the Year Award (AEE, USA, 2018)-reflects a life time dedication to excellence, sustainability and professional integrity.

He is affiliated with several prestigious professional bodies, including the Engineering Council of India and the Association of Energy Engineers. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to electrical engineering, he was conferred an Honorary Doctorate by the Sahitya Seva Awards Council, Delhi.

At Srisparks Infra Private Limited, Dr. Subba Rao serves as Director – Projects, where he leads strategic project execution and technical oversight.

Ms. Jayavani Devarapu

Director – Finance & Material Management

Ms. Jayavani Devarapu is the Founder Director of Srisparks Infra Private Limited and currently serves as Director – Finance & Material Management. She holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Communications, and brings a strong foundation in both academia and project execution.

With a background that spans teaching and hands-on experience in infrastructure development, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial planning, procurement strategies, and resource optimization within the company.

Beyond her professional commitments, Ms. Devarapu is actively involved in social service through organizations such as the Lions Club. A passionate supporter for women's empowerment, she believes in creating inclusive opportunities and fostering leadership among women in engineering and infrastructure sectors.

Mr. Yatam Ramakrishna

Director – Operations

Mr. Yatam Ramakrishna is the Founder Director and currently serves as Director – Operations at Srisparks Infra Private Limited. With over two decades of entrepreneurial and operational experience, he has successfully led multiple ventures across infrastructure and engineering domains.

He holds a Diploma in Management from Singapore and is a permanent resident of the country. In 2016, he co-founded Rishi Engineering Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based company specializing in underground cable projects in collaboration with the Power Grid of Singapore. The company also engages in ship fabrication, reflecting his versatile leadership across diverse industrial sectors.

At Srisparks Infra, Mr. Ramakrishna oversees operational strategy, execution, and cross-border project coordination, bringing global insights and hands-on expertise to the organization's growth and delivery excellence.
